The work is concerned with perceptual phenomena such as natural light, color, volume color, chromaticity, reflection, transparency, opacity, and refraction, as well as human experience, perception, and psychological space. Colorboxes are autonomous inner worlds, opened to varying degrees to the outside world. This opening, created by frosted glass, is the boundary between exterior and interior space. We can consider it a sensory, mental, spiritual, and psychological boundary; cognition can only happen through this blurred surface. As the colors within the boxes blend, optically mixing and creating reflections, and the inner forms move closer to or further away from the glass surface, it becomes clear that any cognition can only ever be partial and blurred.
